Great communication with Ivan! He came the same day as I called, was on time, very clean and fixed my problem (dryer not heating) charging a super fair price. And he really spent time diagnosing the issue and making sure his solution was correct. Will definitely be using this company again!

Definitely recommend! Don’t hesitate! I have a 13 year-old whirlpool fridge. The freezer was working fine, but the fridge wasn’t cooling and there was a lot of ice buildup in the vent between the freezer and the fridge. It was close to the weekend and I was worried that I was going to have to throw away all my food. I decided to try yelp and I got a response TWO MINUTES LATER from Easy Home Repair. The text was very clear explaining their pricing warranty and scheduling information. Because it seemed so straightforward and upfront, I decided to give them a try. I was very lucky because they said that they could be there four hours later. Ivan the repair technician showed up perfectly on time. He was very polite and amicable. He was VERY respectful of my house and immediately put on shoe covering booties to protect my floor. He had all his equipment and offered to help me empty the refrigerator. Ivan quickly got to work. He definitely knew what he was doing and gave a thorough diagnostic of all components. When he deciphered the problem he offered a solution and was even able to get it running temporarily until a part could arrive. He was very professional and neat, cleaning any water from the melting ice and he worked diligently and quickly. His pricing was super reasonable and payment was easy because they accept all kinds. The best news was that the fridge was working for now. He even gave me a complimentary fridge thermometer. Amazingly he called later to follow up to see that everything was still good. A few days later, he called saying the part had arrived and again scheduling was easy and at my convenience. Once again he showed up perfectly on time was very personable and courteous and respectful of my house. Once again he got to work quickly was very professional and efficient and clean. He installed the new part and the fridge was fixed. I gave him the final payment and I am very satisfied and will definitely use this company again!
